Britha
Hello to all our friends and family,
We'll post up some pics (and maybe even videos) later.
For now, we have two announcements.
The first, is that our daughter finally has a name in hebrew.
Its עם צרה מתחת לאלף) - אלה) .
It means goddess and also a terebinth tree (Pistacia). We made the final decision after consulting a name expert from the local Kaballah center.
She also has a middle name, which we chose I think even before she was conceived - Rose, after Ania's grandmother who died two year ago.
The second announcement is about the britha (it's like a baby shower, only much larger). We will be having it in the national park mentioned in the previous post. It will be on Friday noon, February 24th. Invitations will be sent soon. We have people coming from all over, so if you need a ride, please contact us so we can arrange one for you.
It'll be also under a tent, so the weather is not an issue, but we would recommend coming early so you could enjoy the park as well before the event ends (its a Kosher restaurant).
Thank you all for your comments and love, they are a great source of support in these sleepless days,
Ayla, Ania, and Amir
